Easter Reading Challenge
To encourage further reading and to build on good habits, our English department have launched a reading challenge over the Easter holidays for Key Stage 3.
Over the 2-week period, we will be counting all of the words read per tutor group. These will be measured EXCLUSIVELY using the Accelerated Reader (AR) quizzes, see link below. It can be physical books or eBooks from myON. If there is an AR quiz, it counts! Words will be counted for each tutor group and there will be a winning tutor group for each year in Key Stage 3.
PRIZES!
- A non-uniform day for each winning tutor group.
- £15 Amazon voucher - overall top reader of Key Stage 3
- £10 Amazon voucher - 2nd place
- £5 Amazon voucher - 3rd place
