Trampolining
Information about after-school Trampoline Lessons
Trampolining is a Gymnastic Olympic discipline where the gymnast performs individual skills in a range of shapes with a range of twists on a trampoline. Trampolining requires the gymnast to start and finish in the same spot. In competition, a 10-bounce routine is performed. At the after-school Club, we aim for success, building on high-level coaching, realising each individual's ambitions and allowing training to be fun. The participants work towards the British Gymnastics Award Scheme Level 1-10.
